DIRECTOR'S NOTE
Few news outlets offer a regular column on the topic of  environmental health and restoration and this critical information is typically overlooked and under reported.

CEEI encourages all Westerners, Easterners, Southerners and Northerners to rectify this problem by writing and submitting letters to their local newspapers for publication in the "Letters to the Editor" column.

We urge ranchers, farmers, miners, lumbermen, conservationists, scientists, educators, students and all interested parties who care about the health and quality of our environment to participate and develop a dialogue on land use, pollution, species preservation and all other related issues.

Please submit your letters, along with the date and paper of publication, to CEEI by e-mail at ceei@cox-internet.com and we will review, then post a selection of the submissions to the ESEW web site.
